Book a Strategy Session
A Strategy Session gives you dedicated time to step back, talk through what’s happening, and identify practical next steps that fit your business.
Choose a 30-minute session when you need focused input on one question or decision, or a 60-minute session when the situation has more moving parts.
This isn’t about being handed a generic system or script. We’ll focus on your particular circumstances so you leave with greater clarity and a realistic way forward.

Working Groups
Six weeks, a small, matched group of 4–6, and real momentum on something that matters to your business—not squeezed in between everything else. Includes weekly sessions, a private space to keep talking between meetings, resources as needed, Workroom access, and a 30-minute 1:1 Strategy Session near the end.
This is for business owners working on things like overhauling their marketing, building the foundation of a new business, launching a business, building a website, troubleshooting what's holding things back, or adding a new service or product—or anything else you need extra, dedicated support on.

Six weeks of shared momentum with a small, matched group.
Working Sessions
A focused, six-week engagement built entirely around you and one central challenge — with a 45–60-minute intake session to set direction, four 60–90-minute working sessions to work through it, support between meetings so you're not stuck waiting for the next call, and resources as necessary. Plus, built-in accountability and motivation to keep moving.
This is for business owners working through something specific—whether you'd rather handle it privately than in a group (hiring decisions, a new location, sensitive staffing questions, market research) or you simply prefer one-on-one attention over a group setting.
Throughout our sessions, we'll build a record of decisions, progress, and wins—something to look back on, plus next steps for whatever's still ahead. You'll also have a final 30-minute check-in available for up to 4 weeks after your Working Session.
