Every task feels urgent (and often is), and the important things keep getting pushed to “someday.” The Roadmap Session gives you an outside perspective. I’ll take the time to understand how your business runs, where things could work better, and what steps will keep you moving forward with less effort. Then I’ll create a plan built for your business, not a generic checklist, so you can stop second-guessing and start making progress on what matters most.

Book and share a little about your business. Answer a few short questions when you book, then we’ll talk by phone at the time you chose.

I build your roadmap. Within 10 business days, I’ll create a thoughtful, detailed, and approachable roadmap just for your business.

We walk through it together. On our review call, I’ll explain why these are your best next steps, show you how to get started, and answer your questions right away.

It’s yours to keep. Afterward, I’ll send you the full roadmap so you can come back to it anytime, share it with your team, or bring in help when you’re ready.

How is the Roadmap Session different from your other services?
The Roadmap Session looks at your business as a whole and helps you decide what to focus on first. The other services help you work on it. A Strategy Session is for when you have a specific question to talk through. Working Sessions and Working Groups give you six weeks of support to make real progress on a challenge or project, one-on-one or alongside other business owners. Many people start with a roadmap and then choose the support that fits.
Will you do the work for me?
The Roadmap Session gives you a clear plan and priorities, not hands-on help. If you’d like support putting your roadmap into action, Working Sessions and project-based support are great next steps. Book a Working Session within 30 days of your review call, and your $250 will be credited toward it.
What is the first conversation like?
This is where we dig into your business: what’s working, what isn’t, and where you want to go. It’s a 45 to 60 minute phone call, and it’s the foundation for everything in your roadmap.
How long does it take?
The whole process usually takes about two weeks, and often less. When you sign up, you’ll book your first call and complete a short questionnaire. After we talk, I’ll reach out to schedule your review call, where we’ll go over your personalized roadmap. This usually happens within 10 business days of our first conversation.
What does the roadmap look like?
It’s a personalized presentation covering your goals, what’s getting in the way, my recommendations, and your top priorities, plus exercises to help you get started. After our review call, you’ll receive a PDF to keep, along with resources when helpful. No two roadmaps are the same!
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just the short questionnaire when you book. If you have anything else you’d like me to see, like marketing materials, email stats, or notes on how things currently run, feel free to send it over. It helps me prepare for our first conversation and makes your roadmap even more specific.
My business is brand new. Is this still a fit?
Yes. Your roadmap is built around where your business is right now, whether you’re just getting started or trying to get more from what you already have.
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel before our first conversation, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $50 fee, which covers the time I spend reviewing your questionnaire and business beforehand. Once our first conversation has taken place, your roadmap is underway and payment is nonrefundable.
