What to Expect from a Workshop
I don't lecture you or talk at you. Each workshop is a live, interactive session built around one specific topic — marketing, communication, systems, or planning, etc. — so we stay focused instead of trying to cover everything at once. It's a conversation where learning happens.
I come prepared with material to get us started, but the real focus is on what you're actually stuck on. Share your question or challenge in advance (it takes two minutes) — that's what shapes the conversation, so we end up addressing your specific concerns, frustrations, and confusion, not a generic playbook.
You'll leave knowing exactly what to do next — a specific, concrete step on this topic, not just a general sense of direction.
Each session is a bite-sized topic — small, focused, and useful on its own. Dip in whenever a topic is relevant to you, and come back for the next one whenever it fits.

Each workshop includes relevant resources, handouts, or materials to support what we cover—so you leave with more than notes.
You'll also get access to The Microbusiness Workroom, our private online space for workshop participants and clients. It's a place to continue conversations, share questions and experiences, and connect with other microbusiness owners between live sessions.
Participation is entirely optional — you're welcome to use the Workroom as much or as little as you'd like.

What actually happens during a workshop?
It's not a lecture — it's a live, interactive conversation. I'll bring a clear structure for the topic, but the direction we go depends on your questions and what you're actually working through. You'll be talking, not just listening.
Do I need to attend every workshop, or can I just pick the ones I need?
Totally up to you. Each workshop stands on its own and tackles one focused topic, so you can join whichever ones are relevant right now. Join in whenever a topic fits what you're working through.
Do I need to prepare anything for the workshops?
Not at all. You'll get a short form before the session — use it to share what you're working through, and I'll bring it into the conversation.
Can I get a recording of the workshop afterwards?
Not right now. While we record workshops for internal learning, we don’t currently share recordings. We want participants to feel comfortable talking openly about their specific business situations, so we prioritize privacy and trust in the space.
What is the cancellation policy for workshops?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a refund minus a 5% cancellation fee.
You’re also welcome to transfer to another available workshop at no additional cost. Please select a new workshop within 30 days of your original session. Transfers are subject to availability.
Because these are small, live sessions, cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable.
What if I have questions after the workshop?
If you’d like help applying the workshop to your particular business, you can book an optional 30-minute Workshop Follow-Up Session. We’ll work through your questions, build on what came up during the workshop, and clarify your next steps. You can book follow-up sessions within 14 days of attending the workshop.
