We'll spend the session addressing common situations, exploring realistic solutions, and choosing next steps that fit your unique time, energy, and business stage. As time allows, we'll explore shared experiences to learn together.
You don’t need to prepare anything in advance. Just bring what you're working through, and you’ll leave with a clearer path forward.

These workshops aren’t designed to be overwhelming, and they’re not webinars. We don’t talk at you — we work with you. If you’re curious about the difference, you can read more about why PERSONUS uses workshops instead of webinars.
The goal is for every participant to walk away able to take a real next step, not just think about what they should do.
One workshop won’t be a complete solution, but it will get you moving forward. And we’re here to support, guide, and give you a space to work things through — so you don’t feel like you’re figuring it out alone.
FAQs
Not at all. You’ll receive an optional short form before the session to share anything specific you’d like to address. When possible, I’ll use shared themes to help guide the conversation.
Not right now. While we record workshops for internal learning, we don’t currently share recordings. We want participants to feel comfortable talking openly about their specific business situations, so we prioritize privacy and trust in the space.
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a refund minus a 5% cancellation fee.
You’re also welcome to transfer to another available workshop at no additional cost. Please select a new workshop within 30 days of your original session. Transfers are subject to availability.
Because these are small, live sessions, cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable.
No worries — we offer optional 1:1 workshop follow-ups to help you work through questions specific to your business. These sessions should be scheduled within 14 days of attending, so everything is still fresh and actionable.
