Working Groups That Move You Forward
Every week, you'll show up to dedicated time and space — no more trying to think clearly about your business between emails and everything else pulling at your attention. You'll work alongside a small group of 4–6 business owners: some dealing with a similar challenge or project, others at a similar stage of business. Everyone's tackling something real, with the accountability to actually move on it. I lead each session, helping you work through challenges, make decisions, and identify practical next steps for your project.

Each session includes: a check-in on your progress, focused content for what the group is working through, clear next steps, and time for your questions.

How Matching Works
Every Working Group is intentionally small and matched — not just filled in the order applications arrive. When you apply, we'll ask about where you are in your business, the challenge you're facing, and your availability, so each group is made up of people working at a similar stage, on similar kinds of challenges, wherever possible.
You'll hear about your placement (or a rollover option, if the timing isn't quite right) as soon as matching is complete — with enough time to prepare before your group begins.
If a good match isn't available in your preferred group, we'll offer you a spot in the next one instead.

FAQs
How is this different from a workshop?
A workshop is a single session on one topic. A Working Group is six weeks of sustained, structured support on one challenge or project — with the same small group each week, building on what came before.
How are groups created?
When you apply, I'll look at where you are in your business, the challenge you're working on, and your availability, and build each group so people are working at a similar stage or on similar kinds of challenges, wherever possible. Groups have 4–6 people to keep it small and personal.
What if I'm not matched with a group for the session I applied for?
If a good match isn't available in the session you initially applied for, I'll certainly let you know and offer the option to attend the next session.
What's the time commitment?
One session a week for 6-weeks, plus whatever time you choose to spend in the private group space or working on next steps between sessions. The goal is to build momentum so at the end of the 6-weeks you have tangible takeaways and solid next steps. Sessions run 60–90 minutes depending on what the group needs that week.
Do I need to prepare anything before we start?
For the first meeting, I'll likely have what I need from the application, but if there are followup questions, I will reach out. Be prepared to introduce yourself, discuss what you will be working on and a few other light questions. Moving forward, you will be encouraged to complete tasks so you are creating and learning throughout the 6-weeks.
Are sessions recorded?
No, sessions are not recorded. Live attendance is what makes Working Groups work: it's how you engage, ask questions, share your progress, and work through challenges with the group in real time. Keeping sessions unrecorded also helps attendees feel comfortable discussing sensitive business information.
What if I miss a meeting?
If you miss a meeting, I'll share a brief recap and any relevant resources so you can continue working on your next steps. Individual make-up sessions are not included. Regular attendance is important to get the most from the group.
How do I register?
Once you're matched with a group, I'll email you to confirm the meeting time and provide a link to pay a $150 deposit toward the $750 program fee. The remaining $600 is due before the first meeting. Alternative payment arrangements may be available on a case-by-case basis and must be requested and confirmed before the group begins.
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel at least two weeks before the group begins, $75 of your deposit will be refunded. With less than two weeks’ notice, the deposit is nonrefundable. Any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded if you cancel before the first meeting. Once the group begins, all payments are nonrefundable.
