About Personus Consulting
PERSONUS Consulting was built for microbusiness owners who are doing meaningful work — and doing most of it themselves.

For more than a decade, my work has been rooted in the child activity and microbusiness world — through EdTech, through leading business development inside small tech companies, through running my own performing arts program, and now through consulting.

In those roles, I wasn’t focused on just one area. Like most microbusiness owners, I was handling sales, marketing, partnerships, and project management — figuring out how everything fit together and how to keep it moving forward.

My deepest experience is in the child activity industry — camps, after-school programs, and enrichment providers — and I continue to run my own program. That hands-on perspective shapes every recommendation I make.

Because when you’re the owner, the manager, the marketer, and the operations team, solutions have to be realistic, flexible, and sustainable — not theoretical.

"Hailey is an absolute delight to work with; she is perceptive, creative, patient and flexible."
Strategy That Fits Real Life
My background in EdTech gave me insight into the technology and infrastructure that power small businesses.

But working directly with owners — and being one — taught me something more important:

You don’t need more platforms.
You need clarity.
You need a structure that fits your capacity.
You need the next steps you can actually implement.

That’s the work we do together.

Microbusinesses are built on care, skill, and commitment — but they’re often running without the time or space to step back and make intentional decisions.

You might be:

-
juggling too many priorities
-
unsure what to focus on next
-
trying to grow without breaking what’s already working
-
carrying everything in your head

PERSONUS Consulting creates space to sort through that — and turn it into practical, workable progress.

Not all at once.
Step by step.
How I Work
There isn’t one “right” way to get support.

Some people want the structure of a workshop.
Some need a space to think out loud in a live Q&A.
Others choose one-on-one time to go deeper.
And some are looking for an ongoing partner as new challenges arise.

Wherever you start, the focus is the same: Helping you move forward in ways that fit your business, your pace, and your real life.
A Partner Who Understands Both Sides
I bring two perspectives to this work:

-
the systems and strategy side
-
the day-to-day reality of running a small business

So when we talk about operations, marketing, or communication, it’s never abstract — it’s grounded in what’s actually possible for a microbusiness.
Let’s Connect
If you’re looking for thoughtful, practical guidance — from someone who understands both the complexity and the constraints of small business ownership — you’re in the right place.

Let’s start the conversation.
