Class Series

Coming together to learn, plan, and take action toward running stronger, more sustainable businesses.

Class Series That Move You Forward

At PERSONUS Consulting, our Class Series go well beyond stagnant webinars. These multi-session programs give you the time and structure to go deeper, connect with peers, and put strategies into action. Instead of walking away with ideas alone, you’ll build systems, refine processes, and take tangible steps forward in your business.

Each series is interactive and collaborative by design. Through live sessions, guided work, and peer discussion, you’ll learn, problem-solve, and test new approaches — all with built-in accountability. Every program blends practical tools with real-world application, helping you strengthen your business with clarity and confidence.

Too much business guidance is designed for “small” businesses with 20–500 employees, or pared down until it barely applies at all. Microbusiness owners deserve strategies built for their scale and challenges. That’s why our Class Series are structured to provide steady progress over time, with space to learn, apply, and adjust as you grow.

From Early Stages to Success

PERSONUS Consulting was a huge help for me! I met Hailey during the very early stages of my business, and she helped me put together a marketing plan and calendar that worked. She listened to my ideas and really came alongside me to craft a strategy that ended up being very successful. I highly recommend this company.

Class Series at PERSONUS Consulting are structured, multi-session programs designed to help microbusiness owners make lasting progress. Instead of a single workshop, these programs provide you with the time, space, and accountability to delve deeper and apply what you learn in real time. Every series also includes personalized 1:1 check-ins and a targeted workshop, allowing you to balance individual support with group collaboration.

Each series is interactive by design — combining live sessions, guided work, and peer collaboration. You won’t just gather ideas; you’ll test strategies, refine processes, and walk away with systems that fit your business. Built-in peer connections also mean you’ll learn from others’ experiences, share insights, and gain support as you move forward together.

Designed specifically for microbusiness owners, our Class Series address the realities and challenges you face every day. Some are tailored to our specialty — the child activity industry — providing camps and enrichment providers with support that fits their world. Others cover broader business topics, ensuring the series stay relevant and valuable across the wider microbusiness community.

FAQs

FAQs

*

What are the Class Series about?

Our Class Series dives deeper than single-session workshops. Each series runs for multiple weeks and is designed to help microbusiness owners build effective systems, refine their strategies, and make steady progress.

In addition to serving microbusiness owners broadly, we also offer specialized Class Series for the child activity industry (our niche), ensuring camp and activity providers receive targeted support for their unique challenges.

Topics range from niche specialties, such as starting a summer camp, to business-focused areas, including marketing, refining operations, and building structured, hands-on systems that support long-term success.

*

How are these different from workshops or webinars?

Unlike webinars, which are often one-way, or workshops, which are bite-sized, our Class Series provides a structured, multi-week format. You’ll have time to learn, apply, and adjust between sessions. Each week builds on the last, with accountability and peer discussion built in, so you leave with tangible results instead of unfinished notes.

*

What is the format of the Class Series?

All Class Series are held online via Zoom. Each session is 75 minutes and combines guided teaching, live problem-solving, and group discussion. Series are intentionally small (limited to 10 participants) to ensure meaningful interaction and personalized attention.

*

What can I expect during the Class Series?

You’ll gain practical strategies and tools each week, plus the chance to test and refine your approach before the next session. Between meetings, you’ll have action steps to keep momentum going. This is a hands-on experience — we’ll guide you, provide tools, and answer questions, but you’ll be the one applying the strategies to your business. That effort is what builds lasting systems and momentum.

*

Will the Class Series do the work for me?

No — and that’s by design. The Class Series is hands-on, meaning you’ll be applying what you learn directly to your own business. We guide, teach, and provide tools and accountability, but the effort you put in is what creates results. This approach builds confidence, skills, and a strong foundation you can carry forward long after the series ends.

If you’re looking for more direct implementation help, we also offer paid support services outside of the Class Series.

*

Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

After registering, you’ll receive a short intake form. Completing this form helps us tailor the series to your business and goals. While it only takes a few minutes, it makes a big difference in ensuring our time together is as relevant and productive as possible.

Periodically, you may also be encouraged to do a short exercise between sessions. These are designed to help you apply what we cover and prepare for the next discussion, so you stay on track throughout the series.

*

What’s included in a Class Series?

Every Class Series includes live, interactive sessions designed to help you learn, apply, and make steady progress. You’ll also receive supporting resources such as worksheets, templates, or guides tailored to the week’s content.

Our 6-week series typically includes two 1:1 sessions for support and a workshop credit to deepen your learning. Shorter series may include a single 1:1 session or a workshop credit, depending on the topic.

Specific details are listed on each Class Series registration page.

*

Will I receive any materials?

Yes! Each series includes worksheets, templates, or other resources that match the week’s content. These materials will help you implement what you learn and stay on track after the program ends.

*

Are the sessions recorded?

Yes, sessions are recorded for internal purposes only. Recordings are never shared with attendees or the public. This helps us improve our programs, create future resources, and track common questions or themes. We do this while maintaining strict confidentiality so participants feel comfortable sharing openly about their business.

*

What does the Class Series cost?

Pricing is listed on each Class Series registration page. Our goal is to keep the series accessible and affordable for microbusiness owners while providing high value.

*

What is the cancellation or refund policy?

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the program start date will receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellations made between 6 and 3 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date, once registration has closed, or after the program begins, are not eligible for a refund.

If you register with a payment plan, refunds are applied only to payments that have already been made. After the program has begun, the full balance of your payment plan remains due.

*

How do I register?

You can register directly through our website. Once registered, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to prepare for the class series.
